This project was a complete renovation of derelict gate keepers house within conservation area (now listed). The site was challenging within local public park and included extension to incorporate former detached public toilet block and new living room side extension within new design.

The design was to respect the original plan of the gate keepers lodge, to refurbish and restore the original features to preserve the history of the building within its prominent setting - whilst extending to provide much needed accomodation for family home.
