Refurbishment project for three storey Secondary School. Replanning interior layouts for circulation and classrooms, learning spaces and IT suite, M&E, AV, full redecoration, flooring, ceiling lighting, barrier matting and radiator replacement in classrooms, corridors and stairwells.

Works to 'Plant Room' to replace BMS panel, gas fired hot water cylinder and hot water return pump.

Fire doors and Fire Stopping Works, replacing units throughout the school as identified in Fire Doors and Fire Compatrmentation Survey 2021.

New-Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) for Richmond & Wandsworth councils. New external works to include landscpaing, ground remediations, coinstruction of new MUGA for primary school and local community. New entrance and altered access, vehicle arrangements including new car park, barrier enclosure and fencing.

Proving working drawing package for new single storey nursery unit to primary school for Lewisham Council, to include learning spaces, kitchens and bathrooms.

Demolition of existing pump house at Tooting Bec Lido, removal of existing plant and construction of new pump house and installation of all new plant for Wandsworth Council and South London Swimming Club. Hard and soft landscaping to include new green roof and wildlife enhancements in conjunction with Wandsworth Council environment team.

Change of use - conversion of redundant medical centre to nursery building(s) for private client, including staff rooms and training centre. Complete fit out to include all new services and IT infrastructure.

Redesign/ extend existing plant room to accommodate new boiler / plant (phase 2) for large private property management company.
